Welcome to Nikini (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Custom Tailoring
All suits and trunks are made to the measurements and choices provided by you—our valued customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all measurements are accurate. We conduct multiple checks throughout the process to verify measurements, but we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in size due to incorrect measurements provided.

Payment Terms
- No suit or trunk will be produced unless final payment is made at the agreed time.
- Payment must be completed in full before production begins.

Shipping and Balance Clearance
- No suit or trunk will be dispatched until the final balance has been cleared. This means that full payment must be received and confirmed in our systems.
- All suits and trunks will be posted insured and tracked.

Change of Mind Policy
Should you choose to change your mind regarding your order, please note that the price may change to reflect your new choices. We will communicate any changes in pricing to you individually before proceeding with production.

Customer Queries and Corrections
If you have any issues or are unhappy with your order, please bring this to our attention via Instagram ( @nikini.shop) or via email ( orders@nikini.shop) with the relevant details. We will review your concern and verify it against your order. If a correction is warranted, we will do our best to address the issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your communication and feedback.

Lost Shipments
Posing Suits and Swimwear
In the unfortunate event that a posing suit or swimwear garment is lost in transit, we will file an insurance claim, and you will be fully reimbursed when the claim is fulfilled by the courier. A replacement may be provided at the discretion of Nikini, based on stock levels and order commitments. We will maintain full transparency regarding the status of the insurance claim with you.
Stage Suits and Trunks
In the unfortunate event that a stage suit or trunks garment is lost in transit, we will file an insurance claim, and you will be fully reimbursed when the claim is fulfilled by the courier. A replacement may be provided at the discretion of Nikini, based on stock levels and order commitments, wiring our aim that you will have something that fits you for stage. However, please note that this may not be your original choice due to souring of materials and existing business commitments. We will maintain full transparency regarding the status of the insurance claim with you.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed. However, if you believe there was a manufacturing error or defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information for your order, including measurements and contact details. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with the requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
