How to Measure
- Foot Length: Stand on a piece of paper and mark the longest point of your foot. Measure from heel to toe.
- Foot Width: Measure the widest part of your foot, typically across the ball.
- Instep Height: Measure from the floor to the highest point of your instep while standing.
- Measure both feet and use the larger measurements.
- Measure in the evening when feet are slightly larger.
