How to Measure

  1. Foot Length: Stand on a piece of paper and mark the longest point of your foot. Measure from heel to toe.
  2. Foot Width: Measure the widest part of your foot, typically across the ball.
  3. Instep Height: Measure from the floor to the highest point of your instep while standing.
  4. Measure both feet and use the larger measurements.
  5. Measure in the evening when feet are slightly larger.
